Rates include 12% VAT. No service charge was charged.

Child policy: Children under 10 years of age, free of charge including breakfast of choice, maximum of 1 per room sharing with adults. Children must be registered with reservations.

Payment Policy: 1 night deposit is required to proceed with the reservation and the balance can be settle upon check in. Deposit payment can be done thru bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB)

Check-in: 2:00 PM (early check-in is offered if the room is available)

Check-out: 12:00 noon (late check-out with a maximum of 1 hour is offered free of charge if the room is available)

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. For Promo Booking or Bookings with special rates offered are non-refundable but if affected by unforeseen events (i.e. typhoons, flight cancellation due to lockdowns or restrictions and other COVID related matters), can be rebooked within 6 months and is subject to room availability and rate difference (if any). Rebooking of promo booking is not applicable to dates falling on Super Peak Season such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Holy Week.
